Project Proposal
The proposal for the project was to apply strategies and programmatic functions we have looked upon as a team in order to revitalize a portion of the Ballona Creek bike path thus then improving connectivity and mobility within the city. The site of revitalization would be the stretch of the creek from Ince Blvd. to Higuera St. The various programs would be developed based on a temporal strategy, meaning that the more feasible or necessary programs would be developed first; these developments would then set the groundwork for future development of programs that will serve more as leisure space. This temporal strategy of developing programmatic functions would be broken down into three phases.
